Automated client billing and annual-report filings for 1,300+ clients.

I developed a Windows desktop application for Biz, Inc., a local tax service company, to securely automate client billing and annual-report filings for more than 1,300 clients. Built with Python, PySide6, SQLite and Playwright, it replaces manual filing steps with a workflow that imports client and payment spreadsheets, tracks renewal status and files reports through Illinois's LLC and corporation portals.

Each filing captures its confirmation number and receipt. Payment safeguards and send uncertain outcomes to a person for review. The app ships with Chromium and the Python runtime bundled in a per-user installer, so office staff can run it without a development environment.
